Re: vin queston

just a guess, but i would say you have two parts truck cabs, you may be able to get a rebuild title . depends on your state d.m.v. .

Re: vin queston

There is no way to tell. The VIN-plate is the "only" I.D. between one cab and the rest. If they are stolen, you are guilty of receiving stolen goods. You should have been concerned before you bought them. I wouldn't worry since there now is no way to determine these from any others. How do we know we aren't buying stolen doors, fenders, seats, steering wheels,mirrors.......? As mentioned, you just have a couple huge used parts.

Re: vin queston

Around here all the grain trucks are medium duty or heavy duty trucks, which have different cabs. Do you have light truck cabs (C10-C30) or medium duty?

Re: vin queston

As long as the 64-66 isn't a LCF the cab will work on a pickup...I believe. But,the 67-72 won't. They share enough pieces to look like a pickup cab,but the floor, cowl area is completely different. They were designed to have a short nose to back of cab dimension,so the fenders cut into the cab/doors and the engine sits back into the firewall. The front fenders and hood mount completely differently
