Hey Clay (HooDoo!)
I'm Greg and I'm up here in West Virginia. I think it's great you are a ranch hand....I don't think jobs get any more "man" than that. Cool deal on your 71....327? Freaking awesome! I drove the truck I'm working on now in high school but I didn't have a clue about it then. Give us some more details on your pickup...pics would be great too. The exposed metal inside the cab and the large engine bay really do remind one of simpler times. ITTR |

Re: New guy! 1971 Chevy Cheyenne 10
Thanks guys! My work keeps me tied up so i couldnt tell ya how much ill be on but ill get yall some pics as soon as i figure out what im doin on here. Tyler wright rings a bell ive heard the name before. I dont technically live in grandbury i live way out past the outskirts. i just use it as a referance point.
as far as more details on my truck. i checked the glove box and read the build sheet and there arnt many options so im guessing this was just a base model c10 maybe ? i just sanded it down the other day and im about to prime it within the next few days. i want to paint it the original Medium blue color. The 327 is coming out and going to my step father for his 69' camaro. the truck's original engine was a small block 350/t350. right at the moment the trucks pretty rough but ill take as many pictures as possible. i hope to be driving it by late november. |
