OEM Black 69-72 Steering Wheel

This wheel is 100% crack-free. I got it to paint for my '72 GMC when I changed from Blue to Saddle interior. Since then I came across a Saddle wheel a member was selling and am running that. There are minor scratches and some grain wear, but no cracks. The scratches can be polished out. I didn't because I had planned to sand and paint. Cost is $200 + shipping/postal money order...

That's dirt in the back outer side of the spokes. Here are the other pictures:

Re: OEM Black 69-72 Steering Wheel

I know I just posted this yesterday evening, but I see 100 views and no comments, yet,on this hard to find part. I guess the pictures don't do it justice. It has a shine and the glare makes the scratches stand out. This wheel is straight out of a 40+ year old truck. Let me explain how I came up with my price. There are no gouges, only light scratches. There are polishes specifically for plastics that will take these out. Reproduction crack-o-matic wheels go for more than I'm asking. They look perfect but feel flimsy when new and it's all downhill from there. The color wears off then come the cracks. I see decent wheels with minor cracks sell quickly for between $100-150. I had a shiny perfect like new looking black wheel that was just too nice to paint before I bought this. I paid good money for that,as you can imagine. I sold that one to my friend who offered $300. If I polished this one out I'd surely be wanting more for it. Due to the minor wear it would never be worth what that one is,but polished out that would not detract much from this wheel at all. I figure offer as is for the lower price and someone who knows what they're looking at who accepts that restoring trucks takes some elbow grease would rather buy it that way. That's my explanation, for what it's worth. If no one is interested I don't mind being stuck with it for a future project since I'm not sure I'll find another OEM wheel without cracks
