68' Gmc Lwb Stepper ?

How rare are they i traded a 350 bare block for one with no mottor a tranny? i know there rare but not sure as to how rare.

They are lower production than most other configurations. But,with so many of these trucks that were built I can't say it;s rare. Don't have production numbers to share. You'll want to look for C,S or E,1500,127" WB,Fenderside production numbers if you search

Well at least I tried.....the Chevrolet numbers are 1/2 ton 18,632 and 7,666 3/4 tons. GMC had a total production run of 148,479 in 1968, that's all I could find on them.

I have read in a few places that GMC lost the production numbers in some sort of fire or flood but from what I have read for every 3 chevys built they buit 1 GMC.. Thats the urban legend anyways
