late model 8 lug ralleys?

my blazer has 8 lug rear diff and 8 lug front spindles on the stock diff i think the late model ralleys would have to be turned out bigger in the center hole but the lug pattern is the same i saw on here once a post about where to get the lug nuts.has anyone done this yet or know if it can be done?

I have the newer rallys on my 72 3/4 ton and got the lugnuts here http://www.jaeeagle.com. I have also purchased the lugs for 1/2 ton wheels with outside threads from them. They ship quick and seem to be priced well.

I have the 90's style 8-lug rally's, and except for the lugs they fit with no modifications. If you want to use the stock 90's center caps, they don't fit over the Dana 60 hub (or whatever it's called). I'm told the "dually" center cap fits, but I haven't tried it yet.
