http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Coker-...tem,73746.html

Just one example I found. You may check with Coker tire direct and get exactly what you are looking for.

Go to your local owned old timey tire store, they should have what you need.

I would hope that every tire store sells tubes or at least patches them.

Re: do they still sell inner tubes for the spare tire?

Tire stores, at least the corporate ones I worked at didn't deal with tubed tires or tubes. That has become a lost art, as modern tires just aren't the same as the old, bias-ply, tube-type tires. If maintaining a vintage 'look' is important, bite the bullet (and its a large-caliber one) and get fresh reproduction tires for your truck. Running or relying on a 30/40/50 year old tire, even if it 'looks good' can be very disappointing, at the very least. Coker has a good selection, just pricey- I looked for whitewalls for my Benz- they wanted bout $200 each! They were perfect copies of old German tires, but, this is my daily runabout. I got Firestones, then Hankook, when those wore out. They were about $50 each.
