I know there are some scammers out there that join with a new Ebay user account, then bid on their own auction through another account to inflate the bid, then "second chance" the offer to the second highest bidder. I have a friend that got caught doing this a few years ago and had charges filed against him and his account suspended by Ebay. It's way too easy to scam for this type of stuff there on a 0 feedback. I wonder how many auctions that user has actually had, or if it was 0 auctions and 0 feedback I'd be double cautious.
