I've never seen one of those for a truck flare out the way that one does. Normally they are straight back/flush with the rest of the cab. However, they did make those for van cutaways in all sorts of applications. I'd almost be worried that is what it really is. I have no idea the positioning of the floor and such to those vans compared to a truck.
