Are there 12" brakes on this?

maxwoof Would love to find the in-drum parking brake levers and struts for his 63 K-20 with 12" drums. The PO took them out during a prior brake job.

Re: Parting out '63 C20 Rolling Chassis/Bed...

If they are the 11" brakes (regular setup) I could use a good rear emergency brake cable... the one from the center back to the brake assy. Thanks.

Re: Parting out '63 C20 Rolling Chassis/Bed...

Hey, did some measuring and picture-taking. Hope you have one like this. Mine will NOT break free. If yours is gone or frozen I will call Inlinetube and see if they can make one.

Cable length - 90" +/-
Spiral sheath collar length - 17.5"
Backing plate brackets - 2-piece triangular (see crappy photo)

Thanks.

I saw on an earlier post that the cab mounts were pending a sale. Did that deal ever go through?

LOL !!!

I'm good. I tend to be a collector of scrap steel ....

Ya, I drug it to San Jose, then to Hollister where I bought my house.

The chassis is nice and straight, that's why I wanted it.

Looks like you made a move too, huh ??

Yup. Life threw a huge curveball and it was time to start over. Sold everything and moved up here. Just scored a new 66 project yesterday. I'd still like to find another 63.

The bumper looks really straight. Do you have any photos of how the bumper attaches to the frame?
