relay? switch?

I have a 1987 silverado and i recently put all new ac components in under the hood. Its been running great. But i havent been using it the last couple of weeks due to cooler temps amd i kept hearing a thunk at stop signs or low speeds. Turns on its my ac compressor kicking on even while every switch is in the off position. I looked for a relay to the ac system that could possibly be stuck. All i found was the fuse. Is there a relay or something else i should look for? The defrost is off ac off fan off its all off. Is it supposed to run? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Re: relay? switch?

As a side note i think the blend door is also slamming shut when it kicks on. When i start the truck it sounds like it slams shut and when the compressor kicks on while in the off position.

Mine did until I put the connector on my compressor correctly. MIne's a dark green and black wire connector. Black wire goes to ground. Mine had black wire on the left. Flipped it, works right now. It's an 84.
