Well I have everything off at this point other than the cab so just waiting to see if I am going to bag it or just spindle drop it. I have my eye on a 85 that has all the air ride in it for $1000 so I am hoping to get that and stick it in mine

Question... Would a neutral safety switch being hardwired have anything to do with this?

Sorry meant toward rear of truck like it pushes the TOB forward. My bad. Also developed a knock... And it didn't before swap... Why did i have to screw up a good runnin truck?!? Lol

Not sure on that one. I'll run a ground from the head to frame for safe measure. Figured it would ground to the alt. where my BIG ground is.

Sorry I must have read wrong twice I thought you had got it running, but if not try adding grounds to the block

Well i'm gonna get my rod cut n welded 3" longer to compensate for the 3" body lift. Makes sence 3" body rod 3" longer. And adjust it to where it keeps pressure on it. And te noise stops... Gonna search the forum on how to adjust now hopefully get it right :/ really don't wana drop the tranny
