Wheel Selection ???
I am going to in the near future purchase a set of new american racing torque thrust wheels for my 72 Cheyenne.
I am looking for an opinion on the rear size. I will go with a 15 x 7 and a 235/70/15 tire for the front. My question is would you go with the same size on the rear or a 15 x 8 and a 275/60/15. I am also thinking if I go with 15 x 7 tires all the way around then I would look for a red line tire. If I go with 15 x 8 in the rear, then BFG's would more than likely be my choice. I know everyone has there own opinion and idea's and I appreciate them all. I will tell you that I am dead set on the 15 inch wheel size. What say you all?? Thank you, T

Re: Wheel Selection ???
275/60/15 all the way around on my 15x7 wheels,Like your choice wheel and staying 15".This tire will give a wider meat in the back with your front combo, not to crazy about your redline tire option.

Re: Wheel Selection ???
Bigger the better out back IMO. But if you want to rotate and save some cash, make em the same

Re: Wheel Selection ???
I really like your choice of wheel and staying with 15 inch I think is the way to go. I like having 4 tires the same size as I just cruise with my truck with the occassional stop light blast. On your 15 x 7's I woukd go with a 245/70 15 blackwall tire all the way around.
