Yep - probably sold the property to developers and now has to move... Very common in Inland Empire - worth a look..

Well if I wouldn't spend $500 along just in gas going to get it I would actually drive to Cali to get that C30! I want a dually.

Is Inland Empire an Industrial area part of Cali?

Ahh yes, dually search. I know of a '95 dually that have been sitting in an industrial complex parking lot for the last 8+ years - untouched and unmolested. The problem is finding who owns it to make it all legit.
