Porterbuilt extreme drop member unisteer part numbers for steering linkage

I am going to be ordering the Porterbuilt extreme dropmember for my 1967. Does anyone have the unisteer part numbers for the linkage?
It looks like the extreme can be use with a two joint linkage and the milder ones use a 3 joint.
Please let me know all unisteer part numbers I will need for the extreme. Thanks

Yes, the extreme can be done with 2-joints. The joint part numbers are 8050240 & 8050310, with the steering shaft being 8050530. We can get these for you if needed.... just let me know.
