Truck was hit hard on the passenger side. Among the damage the truck was originally from Washington. Needs rockers, cab corners, door bottoms, etc.
I replaced the door jamb with a good used part off of a donor truck, replaced the rockers, replaced the cab corner and customer decided to buy new doors.

Anyway, after getting the pass side done - I finished the drivers side rocker, floor patch, cab corner and started to fit the door. He wanted a smooth firewall, so I started to butt weld In all the unwanted holes in the firewall to smooth it out .

Finished bodywork on cab and primed the cab. Epoxy first, then 3 coats of feather fill g2. Cab is now in the back of the shop while I work on the bed. I started sand blasting and stripping the frame. I will epoxy all the frame pieces and reassemble later on.

Frame pieces. Ill re assemble the frame with new bushings, disk brakes, etc.

That is a lot of work man! you rock, I wish I had that talent, all I have is huge bills from the paint/body man.

Looks great is this a stock build or are you going to do some custom work.
I do like the step sides.

Thanks, Everyone! I appreciate the compliments. The truck will be a
"stockish" looking build, but far from stock. The customer is doing 4 wheel disk brakes with the stock wheels and caps, vintage air kit, power brakes, power steering, 350, 5 Speed S10 trans and a 5/7 drop. He is a hobbyist race car builder/driver and will be assembling all of the chassis components. Truck will be back next week for fit up in primer and to pre drill all the holes and make modifications before blowing it back apart and jamming it all. Ill keep pictures coming as progress happens.

Nice work! Kinda doing the same thing here. truck is gonna look stock except for the engine and trans and maybe a few other things...
