I was thinking more of a shot from the bed showing how far behind the truck was lit up.

I'll see I can get one like that. Should be late friday or Sat or so before I can get the pic..... Maybe clean the shop a bit too so its not lighting up the junk in the background

Well, I took this one from inside the box. the door is about 6' away from the back, drill is just for scale since everything in the background is white, shop lights off/ pitch black and no flash on the camera

For their size they are very bright,
I imagine the 9W ones that someone posted would be 2-3x brighter but I think these are fine for reverse lights

Wow, thanks for the pic, they throw out much more light that I thought. Now I need to rethink the way I was going!

Just checked my eBay account they were $6.99 for a pair with free shipping from Hong Kong. I wasn't so sure about them when I ordered them but thought if they sucked I would just use them as curtisy lights for under the dash.

Pulled the trigger on a 9w pair off ebay, $2.60 + free shipping! Will post pics of install when they get here. lorway1989 is the seller.
