Square D Pressure Switch Model?
Think the pressure switch died allowing the system to charge to almost 300 psi before I got the battery cable pulled.
Here's the current switch, Square D 9013 FHG 12 : Do I need the 9013FHG-12J52M1 running 95-125 psi? I would like the one with the lever to turn it off and noticed theres also an option for a pressure relief, are those beneficial for a dual via air setup? The current one doesnt have that as far as I can tell. Could I spray contact cleaner or tap somewhere to encourage this one to work a bit more? TIA |

Got a better pic and looks like it's fried:
I could swear the current switch was turning off the compressor at ~200 lbs in the tank and if thats the case, from reading this tech sheet, the correct part would be a FHG42 turing on at 100 psi and off at 200 psi. I'm guessing internal means female thread like mine in the pic. Also still wondering if I should get the pressure relief and on/off lever options. Current system has 4 x 2600 bags via 3/8" line and controlled with switch activated solenoids. |

Going to give a 9013FHG42J59M1 a shot. Fixed differential at 135 - 175 for $32. The adjustable version from 145-175 was $125.
For reference the input to the switch pictured above is called 1/4" NPSF Internal. |

Smart kid on the internet also suggested I wire in a 50a relay to prevent this from happening. I'll update here when that gets done in case the documentation is helpful for others.

Installed today with a tee for an overpressure release valve. Works great and the off/auto lever on the pressure switch is super handy.
I also misunderstood the way this switch is rated. It's an adjustable range with a fixed differential of 40 psi. Tightening the nut on the shaft results in higher cutoff pressures. With the nut almost all the way down I saw 270 psi on my gauge before I backed the nut off enough to turn it off around 240. I see test pressures of 400 psi for the bags and working pressure numbers of 150 for durability. Should I be lowering that 240 number? I already go up on the front a tad slow for liking at the end of the lift. :thumbsup: |

No relay If I recall, I also didn't install it. It came with the truck. I have since rewired the truck With ebay pressure switch and relay
