Yeah it is. Usual rust in rockers and the wheel wells in bed and bottom of pass fender but all in all a solid truck. Beds not a concern cuz I plan to cut the frame down and run a short stepside bed. Trucks sat since 07 so not sure what all its gonna take to be driveable again tho
