in dash ac and glove box help

All the flexible ducting is falling apart as seen in the picture. I know this truck had aftermarket AC. I don't know when it was installed. But I need to start somewhere in restoring it. Brother's has a ducting kit for the AC but that's probably for OEM AC. Does anybody have an idea if I will be able to get the needed parts for this or should I just get a complete AC kit and start from scratch? Another issue is that this truck has a BBC in it and I'm not sure about finding brackets. I had to sort of hodge podge the brackets at the time to just get the basics like alternator and power steering. Does anybody make a glovebox to go where it's supposed to go? Any other opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
