Jack and handle from my 72, works just ugly. $40 shipped

The point of "make an offer" being against the rules, is that it can turn into a bidding (counter offer or competing offers) thing......this in the actual wording of the rules, is ABSOLUTELY NO AUCTIONS OR BIDS, so I would take it that he really means it.
I would remove the make offer portion....
