Re: Portland Swap meet this weekend
Quote:
The one time I went, I had gone to Portland with my best friend to take two cars down in a dealer trade for a new Corvette that we drove back. We slipped by there for about a half hour after doing the swap. Thinking about it, that was a long time ago. On the Spring swap meet I wish I had enough stuff worth selling to haul a load down just to have a home base at the swap meet and to be able to spend several days there for a change. That way I could mark all the prices and give my wife a good excuse to sit in her lawn chair with a book while I wore myself out running around the swap meet (s).
