... are they worth the price diff.

Check these ceramic coated ones. Almost 12 years old. Not perfect but still nice.

when it comes to headers you get what you pay for make sure you get ones with heavy flanges and thick collectors. good ceramics will last but good painted headers will last if you touch them up every so often.

tried a few "painted" with extra "heat paint" from cans,with the "added salt" we get yearly,it still kills them quick,I'd wouldn't try paint again

Ceramic #1 kills extra heat in the engine compartment by keeping it in the exhaust. They cool down quicker too. #2 rust and corrosion are pretty much nipped in the butt for a long time
