Th350 playying nice with ls swap

How did you guys run the kick down cable on your TH350 so it can downshift when you hit the throttle. I am using a cable drive not dbw. Pics or a description would be nice. It sucks having to manually downshift.

Re: Th350 playying nice with ls swap

I'm trying to figure this one out myself. Haven't quite finished getting the transmission back in. One option I'm considering is to attach the kickdown cable to the gas pedal; I did a similar thing on a Dodge Dart with an EFI slant six.

Can you use the 71-72 electric kickdown for a th400? It is pedal mounted.

Try TVmadeEZ.com. It's bow tie overdrives site for their kit. To to the LS1 section. I had a friend that used it for a 700r4. Maybe it'll work for your application?

Interesting kit, but it appears to be for the car manifold instead of the truck intake.

The TV part does not look like it will work. Great for a 700r though.

I ran a carb for a while with a 200-4r. Just hooked up the TV cable using a TCI adapter made for the job. Did you check http://www.hotrodlane.cc/
