info for brackets

Anybody used Skip White's 36inch Stainless Throttle Cable P/N 08236 and his ALUMBRACK throttle cable bracket for the Holley 4150/4160??

The problem with running the newer Vortec heads is there is not a bracket made that will allow for the kick down cable to be used, I have tried to use the Cheap o adjustable crap and the one from edelbrock but it is made for performer carbs not holley, so either you get a kick down that works but it shortens your throttle linkage so you dont get a full wide open throttle
or you just have to manually downshift.

Re: info for brackets

Bump, what i meant to say is Vortec style manifold had different bolt pattern so the stock GM kickdown/throttle brackets will not work

Due to his feedback, I wouldn't purchase anything from him. I'm sure you can find it somewhere else that you know you can return it if it doesn't work out.
