Is this normal- Clutch linkage

Specifically where the mechanism pivots on the ball stud attached to the barcket attached to the block on the left.

Looks like it to me. Actually looks a bit bent in the picture. My V8 has a much stronger looking setup than that.

That's why it is a ball stud, so it will take up any differences in component position and engine movement. That looks like it may be a little excessive but bad engine or transmission rubber mounting pads could cause that.

I agree with doc above, check your engine and trans mounts for excessive wear

Mine looks identical and I was going to post this same question. Replacement parts for the Z bar don't seem to be available. Mine is still working well, just don't like how it looks. Haven't had a chance to investigate though.
