will i be able to use a single driveshaft on a 115 wheel base from a 400 trans to the stock rear?

I have a 1 piece drive shaft, trailing arms with coil springs.

i think my trailing arms are ok this truck has been sitting awhile,no motor or trans front was wrecked ive gotten new front doors ,fenders ,rocker panels,used rear doors and used inner fenders and new floor boards im putting a 327 325 hp with a 400 trans i think the rear is a 411 i cant find no numbers on the rear ive looked all over it,i also put in new rubber seals and felt on all the doors

The rear in Mine is 5 bolt axle out of a 72 width is 1 1/2 wider but gears were the same 373. You can count the revolutions (wheel to drive shaft ) and get the gear ratio. I am working on a 72 Blazer converted to 2wd has a 327 and turbo 400.

right now no drive shaft thats why i was wondering if a single shaft will work and how long do i need it to be or what donor vehicle i can grab off of

No easy answer for this, different engine placement, different trans, Get a yoke that slides in back of trans, and measure center to center universal joint.
