I don't mind the snow I like it mainly because I snowboard, ski, and skate but you guys in the soulth with no mountains wouldn't know much about that the bad part about snow is when you have to put your truck up for the winter unless it's like our plow truck:p

I am sure glad that I live in AZ! I can drive my truck everyday, and with no rust!

I was raised in Polson, Montana, I learned how to drive in 7 foot of snow. I NEVER got used to it.. Waited til I was 31 to move out of it, Then wondered why I suffered so many years Up north..

But,someone has to live there, And if you do, it's great you enjoy it. And you're right about the 120 degree heat on the desert. I couldn't get used to it either. (Tried for 18 years) Hopefully, I have now found a compromise...
I look at all of that Snow, and remember the times my cars wouldn't start, the frozen door locks, the slippery roads, And my cold frozen Butt,, Along with the way the cold can "Bite"..

Dig in and keep warm..

Ahh, snow. There have been a few times that i can remember in Missouri that we have had it on the ground for almost a month. It isn't that bad.....i got out of school for like 2 weeks straight more than one time
Last January it got up to like 60-70 degrees for a few days......then got really cold again and snowed a few inches. 8" is a pretty good snowfall. I love the stuff....so much fun to go play around in ontop of my 4-wheeler, or even my Ford 8N tractor
I think i could live in the North no problem.....but i would miss driving my truck during the winter months....would have to get a POS new truck for a daily driver

9:30 PM EST...still snowing

TX Firefighter, it's not that bad. The only time I really hate it is in April when you THINK spring is just around the corner.

28 inches total. One place about 45 minutes north got 51 inches!

My $700 plow truck (yes, complete 44K mile truck with 8 foot commercial plow in 100% working order) has certainly paid for itself over the past 3 seasons!

You shouldn't park so close to the tide line. How are you going to get all that beach sand off your tuck now?

As another New Hampshire native, I like and hate the snow. I always can't wait to bring my truck back out in the spring, but you get used to the snow, I could drive all day out in it in my car. I just store my truck for the winter, and go snowmobiling with my friends. Besides, it gives me a few months to save up the money I would spend on gas to buy new parts for my truck!
