It was junk, When I cut the bolts holding it on, it just about fell apart. Sloppy welding job by whoever made it. So, Sorry I've already scrapped it.

First off guys, I apoligize for being slow about getting to this. Not only am I working alot, My wife decided to go work seasonal at Sears. So I am having to be a babysitter when I get home. So that takes up alot of the spare time I had. Thats not a bad thing, I enjoy making up for lost time I don't get to spend with my boys, since I do work alot.

Yes it has the shifter handle out the top. I'm not real sure on the #'s. Its a truck trans though.

Yes it does. I was working on getting the truck striped today. I'm assuming you want the mounts that are attached to the frame. I'll look at them and let you know.
