possible street/strip 73 step side project

Thanks for the reply. I`d be happy with those times. Maybe I should just do a sbc, lighter weight and a little cheaper than the bbc. Miss my old 83 c10 so looking forward to getting another square body but want some muscle this time around.

I would go with the bbc. Can go milder then a sbc and build the same or more power. Plus the torque of a bbc is hard to beat, especially for street driving. The 6.0 would work good as well. Ls motors don't take much to build crazy power and pays ate getting easier to come by.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. Thought with the 6.0 I could run strong and still get decent mileage but the guy selling doesnt seem to reply back to me since he said he still had it. Oh well. Hopefully I can go look at this 73 tomorrow.
