Cut one full coil on the front springs. That will give you two inches. I'm not exactly sure how to do it but you can move your rear hangers up somehow. Might do a search to figure it out.

You can start by cutting a coil as mentioned. Cutting with a cut off whrel is a good choice. For the rear you can do a shackle for 2" but you might have to notch the bed brace. You can also remove the rivits from the spring hangers and move them up 1.5" to 2" depending on your spring length. You will need to drill holes and bolt them back in place.
