Will a '66 rear end bolt on to '67?
Will a '66 rear end bolt directly into my '67, or would it need to be altered? Both are 1/2 ton (6 lug) with coil springs.

I thought that they were the same measurements up through '69 or '70- but someone with more experience will have to confirm.

I put a 65 in my 69... bolts right in. Is a bit narrower tho but still works.

You are going to have to measure it for sure. I tried to put a 6 lugger from a slant nose under a 1960 1/2 ton and it did not work at all. The track bar was totally different along with the spring perches for the A arms. They did alot of changes in the 60-66s so you may get lucky. My 1960 was old school all the way down to front motor mounts so you may get lucky.
