how do you remove a key switch i no you put a littel pin in that hole beside the key and turn the key what am i doing wrong thanks for any help bill

put it in the acc position and put the paper clip deal in the hole and find the button... press it and turn the key to the left and it should come out. my original lock wouldnt come out. so i ended up putting a new ignition switch and a new lock just to replace the ignition switch

You might have to fiddle with it for a while until it comes loose.
