Wahington state vendors?

Im looking for some parts vendors that are in Wa state, specifically western Wa. I am working on a 72 c10. I need a bunch of parts. The problem is I dont like shopping online, then waiting for delivery, then being supprised when you open the box. When I want a part I want it today, I have a small problem with patients.

Contact Wes in Olympia, at http://www.classicheartbeat.com/. He's a board member, vendor, and good guy who knows these trucks.

I don't care where you buy parts you are not going to find all parts in stock all of the time. If you are going to work on the old vehicles you will probably have to learn to have some patience or you will drive yourself crazy. (and the vendors)...

Wes is in Olympia. So from Kent it's not too bad of a drive for you.

Dreamers will blow your mind with what they have in stock. They told me near 1/3 of there business is 67-72 and they move A LOT of products. They also work on these trucks and carry the best of parts.

Re: Wahington state vendors?

Dreamers does not support this board. Wes does by being a vendor and paying the vendor fees that help keep this place running. Wes is also a huge part of the knowledge base here, if you have a question about these trucks he probably has the answer. Super nice fella, Ive been to his place many times. Lots of parts in stock and he also works on getting new parts made for the market.

Frank PICKMUP here on the board is also extremely knowledgeable and he also supports the board with his vendor fees. Has a ton of stuff in stock too. Been to his place many times. He also has made quite a few hard to get things and offered them up to the board members.

Both of these guys are in the Olympia area. It really bugs me when people don't champion our board vendors, and no I'm not a board vendor =)

Re: Wahington state vendors?

Thank everyone so much for your suggestions. I feel much better now, knowing that there are some local vendors. I was thinking all vendors were all on the east coast.
