Looking for old magazine picture
Good morning fellow board members, I am requesting your help in locating some pictures of a 69/70 ? C10 that I believe was a concept vehicle. It appeared to have a camaro front clip on it, and the photos depicted were of it sitting at a show, and iirc, it towing the camaro on a flatbed trailer. I have seen these photos on this forum, but alas, the search feature did not yield any pertinent results. I appreciate all of your assistance, Mike.

I have not.
Have you search using google? I only ask because many of google's search results will be of 67-72chevytrucks stuff as well.

I'm very surprised that out of all the motorheads on here this hasn't been done. I cut that picture out years and years ago, I'm yet to see one like it. Love the hideaway headlight grill and the vinyl top.

Re: Looking for old magazine picture
Well, I am slowly working on it. Started a build thread some time ago (CST/SS) but hey, life and other projects have shoved this one to the back burner. I have all the pieces to put the truck together and I even started mocking up the front grill. If I can get some time over Christmas maybe I can assemble the front end to see what it looks like, long way to go though as the it is 4 bolts away from separating the cab from the frame.

Re: Looking for old magazine picture
That is it exactly! I was contemplating how awesome it would be to replicate that, I myself have no fabrication skills necessary to do something like that; however I wonder how much a fabricator might charge to do a one off for my truck? I appreciate you finding that picture for me. I saw it some time back and have been intrigued since. I wonder what happened to that truck?
