Smile Request for pics: Your Sound Systems

I didn't want to hijack the thread regarding the Retro radio stuff so I thought I would start fresh on something related.
I wanted to know if any of you guys could post up pics of the Sound systems you went with mounted up in your dashes.
I'm particularly interested in any that fit the original holes and opening pattern, without cutting.
I picked up a Custom Autosound unit last year and I don't know if I'm keen to go with it so it might be go in the 'resale' column.
BUT....as I said I'm not going to cut up my dash so I'm trying to get an idea as to what might be a great replacement plan for the ol' original AM radio.
If you guys have any pics and info (brand/model/etc) of stereos/systems that worked out well for you I'd be keen to see 'em!!
Then I'll start keeping an eye out for what comes available on the market!!
Many Thanks
Coley

(oh yeah, if this has already been asked and solved out....no worries, maybe you guys could then point me in the right direction of that thread or?)

Factory am/fm in the dash. Aftermarket stuff hidden behind and under the seat.

U may get a better answer here.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/f...prune=-1&f=111

U are going to be limited to what is out there if U stick to the old style. They had no provisions for amps back then either.

U can do as brad_man_72 stated and hide it but it will be a pain to change CD's are change the stations unless it's remote and most have to have a straight shot at the head unit. There are others out there who have had the orignals modified for M3 inputs also.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

What's a CD?
Bluetooth or aux wire to phone with internet radio. Works for navigation also.
