Drop question

Was wondering if you added drop spindles to a 62 how much drop can you achieve if you lower the torsion bars with them...would be early classic 2.5 drop spindles

Also how good is this as opposed to changing out the front stub with say one from an 87 Silverado? Just trying to plan a build and any help of knowledge from someone who has done it either way would be appreciated.
