Shackle & hanger combo's typically yield 4" of drop. Removing the helper leaf is prob 1" or less.

When I measured my CC dually for the flip kit it would have left me w/about 1" between the axle tube & the bottom of the frame & a similar amount between the top of the differential (Dana 70HD) & the bed floor.
