Nice progress Mark! I like the helpers you made. Sometimes you have to be creative to get stuff done by yourself. I would help you if I could.

Re: Crash's Roof over Lake House Build

Update from Thursday:
I decided I needed to do something about the area between the bottom of the main roof and the top of the deck roofs. It looked like a prefect area for squirrels and birds to live. So I bought some gutter guard and cut it to fit the area. Looks like it will work, we will see.

Installed a few more roof panels after the wind laid down a little.

The pictures don’t do it justice but there was an incredible sunset Thursday evening. Got me to think about putting a sitting deck on the roof of the rear deck.. Not likely to happen, but you never know.

Friday:
Started at 6:00am; attempting the get some work done before the weather moved in.. Used the light from a street light, worked out ok.. the weather moved in at 6:20am.. lol
Funny thing is the rain actual made my shoes stick to the panels better than dry..

Got all the roof panels installed, 19 today, total of 62 altogether. Little over 2500 lbs… I still have many more panels left to install on the short walls.

Strip created ripping some of the panels to the proper width using the power shear.

Opened up some of the floor space…

Next step is installing the ridge caps…
