IA 1966 3/4ton 4x4 frame and driveline - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hey everyone, I'm new to this side of the board and have come across something that might be kind of uncommon. How uncommon I don't know, I personally just haven't seen that many of them. A guy at work has a 3/4 ton 4x4 frame with axles, driveshafts, motor and 4 speed tranny he is wanting to sell. He said the motor is shot as it has been outside for a long time opened up. Also he mentioned that the frame has a little tweak in it in the middle. He said it's like someone hooked a chain to it and tried to pull it sideways at some point so it rolled the bottom side of the frame out a little. I am suppose to be going over there in a week or two to pick up some parts for my project so I can probably get pictures then. He is wanting $400 for the whole thing. Respond here and I can get more information as needed.
