Help with firewall hole?

What came out of this hole?
Been searching old threads & don't see this hole in several firewalls.
It's on a '89 one ton cab that had throttle body 350 & a/c.

WAS, where the ELECTRONIC SPARK CONTROL MODULE WIRING went through the firewall

87-91 that hole is for the Fuel injection system ECM (computer) wiring.

That to , the older news with the ESC system went through the very same hole

I covered the one in mine with a deadbolt block off plate from Lowes. Fit perfect.
