That is cool, I want to do the LS conversion in the future and figured I would adapt a 4l60 or 80 and just use adapt my np205. This seems like a viable alternative especially if it is full time AWD. Did you consider moving the engine forward at all instead of moving the trans cross member? I know others move the engine forward to adapt the 700r4 but I would imagine the 6l80 is much longer.

I thought about it but there was really no reason to move it forward,everything fit well and I also wanted to make sure that I had room for all the turbo plumbing,intercooler and fan assembly at the front of the engine
