Chevy Tech , thank you for the detailed reply . It was appreciated and I will save it for future reference , just in case the problem short circuit returns . Yes , I agree it was an odd story , but whatever happened when I fiddled with the horn stopped that electrical short and it hasn't come back after several months , So I will keep my fingers crossed . Thank you again .
