Help me value and decide wether to buy this truck

Good point, I haven't had the experience of a thermostat sticking open but I'd bet that could make it run cold. While driving the heater would blow fairly warm air just not very forcefully. I want to believe any one of the small things that could be wrond, but it seems unwise for me to buy it and hope for the best.
Stuck thermostat?
Bad gas and a clogged carb??
Poor Jacobs ignition, timing, or plugs??
Or maybe a combination of all?

Could be a bunch of things but do you want to sort them out? This is why unmolested trucks go for big bucks.
