Door panel opinions
Does this look ok with the trim around the center painted black? The chrome was faded and I've never had any luck with the spray cans but if the general opinion is that it needs to be chrome I will figure out how to do it. Very happy with the arm rest but up in the air on the two tone also. Thanks in advance !

If the truck is black sharp. Even if not... Still sharp

Re: Door panel opinions
I painted mine an aluminum color, looks close to chrome.
Black looks good too...just wanted to give you another option to think about.

Re: Door panel opinions
I'm going to do some experimenting with paint and see if I can get close. I think it would look better with either of the panel colors but the black looks out of place to me so far. Thanks for the replies

Re: Door panel opinions
Works for me, but then again, I'm usually function over form.

Re: Door panel opinions
While it's not mine, I think it looks good. Might lead to other trim options for you.

Re: Door panel opinions
I'd say it would be fine in most of these trucks' interiors because there's enough black already there in most of them that it wouldn't look out of place.

Re: Door panel opinions
Went ahead and dyed the chrome piece the center panel color. I'm happy with the result and realize most people wouldn't notice one way or the other. It's the little things that make a difference in the final outcome.
