Well so far im in the process of bodydropping my new ride but this time experimented with the x member way and this time the truck has trail arms out back if i nothc the rear 10 inches with 10 inch notch will it lay or will the trail arms hit fram before right now with no notch it sits on axle but wondering if it'll hit where the trail arms cross the frame. Sorry for the long story.

Not sure if a 67 frame is the same width as a 62 out back but when my frame touches the axle (no C notch yet) the trailing arms just barely scrap the frame.

I just ground off about 1/8" of the side of the frame and 1/8" off the trailing arms where it was hitting (only on one side of the truck). I plan on c notching the frame 2" soon so i guess i will see what happens. I don't want to grind too much off.

Oh ya duh me my truck has the "X" frame the trailing arms hit the "X" part of it that yours will not have. Nevermind. I see what your saying and asking. (ignore the posts by me)..haha

The traiining arms will require some modifications and how much will depend in over all tire hight you plan on running. On of the board members has a web site (http://www.hotrodsbyglen.com) that has some good pic's of what modifcation;s he did to the frame/notch/ bag mount and trailing arm.
