disasembly parts tray
Need help in locating where i can buy a parts tray for disasembly of my son engine.Seen one a couple yrs ago in a magazine and can't remember where.Help please.

parts tray of what design? magnetic or the type that goes over the carb and holds junk or ...... what type of tray?

engine parts tray.
The tray where looking for is the one you puts all the engine parts on so there all in order as they came off engine.They where formed for the piston, lifters,pushrods,etc.Help please need for christmas.Thanks

Cheap way to get you by. Piece of 4x4 about 2' long. Drill 1/2" diameter holes about 2" deep to hold the push rods. Drill 1" holes about 1" deep to hold the lifters. Clean all sawdust off of it before using. Mark one end of as #1 Cylinder to keep everything straight as to where it came out of the engine. Use number stamps to mark the pistons/rods/caps to identify where they came from. Kinda redneck, but works for me.
