Lokar steering column cable shift linkage??

Has any one used the lokar steering column shift linkage on a original 67-72 column

They look pretty much identical. Is that the same lokar setup you were thinking about? I know they make a cable style system as well.

Just realized you were talking about the cable type. Sorry. I thought about that one before I ordered mine but the cable type was so much more expensive.
