Went by Hawks today!
Went by Hawks today and dropped off the parts they needed. The motor is in and they are doing final prep work. Had to redo the cooling though the motor fan is gone and they put dual electric fans instead. The other way wasn't going to allow enough room for the air intake hose and mass senor.
They built the headers for it and tweeked the fram a little on the passenger side. They did a great job on the frame because I couldn't even tell where they tweeked it at. Had to cut 1 1/2" off the drive shaft and put new yoke on it. The computer is back inside the glove box like before so I'm happy about that not being out on the front fender well. They have the AC compressor mount but are waiting on a serpinten pully for the compressor. Thats it except for hooking all the connectors up. They drilled the water pump for the steam line. They said hope to have it running by Friday, keeping my fingers crossed! www.hawksthirdgencamaro.com

Re: Went by Hawks today!
Yes I should beable to use the cold air intake after we decided to go the dual fan route.
The AC mount will go up on the passenger side and will use one belt. I plan to put the shroud back on it also but they said there was no need to. Will see.

Re: Went by Hawks today!
It's a dual fan setup they have. I will have to ask. It took him 10 minutes and it was in. Bruce said he would do a break down with part numbers when I pick it up. I told him everyone would be wanting to know what parts he used.
