oh no worries. TBI would be fuel injected and is most easily identifiable in my opinion by the large aluminum intake manifold and no carburetor of course.

if tbi: there could be quite a few issues that I'm sure people here could help you with causing your symptoms.

if carbed: it's a simple float adjustment or needle/seat clean most likely.
