Not sure what 3 prong is, but I have a np241c out of my 1998 k2500 with 94k. $200 + shipping. It does not have the front bearing cap, front bearing,sensor or speed sensor ring in it. I used these parts on a np205 retrofit. these parts could come off of your buddies unit.
